ABOUT JOHN MALLONE

John Edward Mallone was born February 13, 1959 in Little Rock, Arkansas, US. During his childhood, he worked as a Cashier at Product Mart. Mallone attended Roberto High School, and Graduated Yale Business School with his Masters in Business Administration, as well as Business Logistics and Data Management. He also attended Zankburg University where he obtained his Masters in his Business Management.

On May 16, 2020, he was selected to lead Product Mart as its 4th Chief Executive Officer. He assumed the office officially on May 16, 2020, and his first order of business as the newly appointed CEO, he established several policies protecting rights of employees of the LGBTQ community.

On July 23, 2021, Mallone announced that he would step down as Product Mart's Chief Executive Officer on January 1, 2022. On August 17, 2021, due to an unannounced health issue of AZZI's interim CEO, Mallone was forced to shorten his time with Product Mart. On August 18, 2021, Mallone confirmed that his time at Product Mart would end on October 1, 2021.

Product Mart CEO Mallone resigned officially on October 1, 2021, and transitioned into his new role as full time Chief Executive Officer of his personal eCommerce brand AZZI.
